This Ladies MTB skills experience brought to you by LIV is the first in a series of skills clinics hosted by Bezhoek Extreme. In the capable hands of Theresa Ralph and Sarah Hill you will have the opportunity to learn from the best, gain the confidence and take your game to the next level. Whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned athlete come and join us for a weekend experience with Professional Athletes, Biokineticist and Nutritionists.
Where will this take place?
You will be hosted on the Bezuidenhoutshoek Nature Reserve just outside of Middelburg, Mpumalanga. This piece of paradise is situated in the Olifants River Valley and is just over an hour’s drive from Pretoria.
